Music Under Bridges!

 

Prime venues kept dry by the road above them! We've been scoping some of the bridges on the old railroad tracks that run through Danvers and Peabody and think we should take advantage of this architecture to hold events for the campaign! At the moment they are filling up with trash from the roads above them, but we could make them more presentable and use them as an out door assembly hall for frequent music/art exhibitions, Discussions, and Brainstorming sessions! Stargazin' Cocoa and Music!

    Pondering the vastness of space, we'd like to formally invite all of you to join in on our first weekly stargazing group meeting! There will be an open discussion, Cocoa, Astrological Stories new and old! I'd like for there to be some sort of un-amplified open mic for people to speak or play music, so bring your own instruments and ideas, we'd love to hear'em!

 This event will be held next Saturday, Nov. 27th. In the Endicott Park recreation field next to the gardens.  at sunset 4:14 PM - 9:00. A game of Sardines or Man Hunt or Capture the Flag may follow  if enough people would like to play the game.

Current efforts!

There's a lot to do! At the moment, we are focusing on the most cost efficient and productive events we can arrange. This Saturday from 12-4 there will be a brainstorming session at Endicott park (Danvers, ma) in the activities field! Some things we will be discussing are:

• Upcoming variety show, possible locations and acts
• Organizing Danvers clean-up's
• Promotional Tactics
• Short and Long-term Goals
• Self & Community Sustainability

Come and join in on this thought provoking discussion! Bring Friends, Instruments, Pets, Candy, or what ever you would like to share with the group!

A game of Sardines may follow this event if enough people join in!

Introduction

You and the people you know are all worthy of attention and deserve a say in what happens. Especially within our direct communities. As I see it, we are all loosing touch with our true purpose of life on this planet, establishing progress. We lack a forum for beneficial social interaction that is available to all people. Our progress is being stifled by our in-ability to communicate effectively with our society, and in turn, many people are loosing interest or kept out of the decision making process that is developing our future. The Campaign for the Growth of the Human Mind is an interactive forum founded as an attempt to unite our communities under the common goals of growth and progress. a forum dedicated to helping achieve goals set by its members, and to provide interactive events for anyone interested in participating!
